The Lakes newest destination for the modern luxury traveller is now open in the heart of Windermere.

Enriched by an illustrious heritage, our buildings provenance has been artfully woven to create a luxurious new residence.

Accommodating from one to six guests, our apartments come in a gamut of shapes and sizes, from uniquely configured Kozy Studios, to our Jaw Dropping Deluxe Apartments. Authentic features, including dark wooden flooring and panelled walls have been seamlessly incorporated with our new design creating an outstanding destination to stay in the Lakes.

Kotel Delivers self-catering accommodation with our studios having uniquely designed kitchenettes to our fully equipped kitchen in our Deluxe Apartment.

At Kotel you can come and go as and when you please with our 24-hour self-check in service. On your day of arrival your unique 4 digit pin will be sent ready for you to check in at 3pm.
