Castle Green Hotel

Castle Green Hotel is an excellent choice with lots to offer and walking distance to the Gateway to the Lake District town of Kendal. Kendal of course is home to its namesake mint cake and a much loved home of Alfred Wainwright himself.

The hotel is well placed being some 5 miles off the M6, only 7 miles from Windermere and the Lake District National Park and also near to Oxenholme (Lake District) train station on the west coast mainline.
